1 General Provisions

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between kg44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through the kg44 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, payment services, and customer support.

1.2 kg44 operates as an offshore online betting and casino platform. By using the platform, you acknowledge that online gambling may not be legal in your jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of using kg44 in your location before registering or placing any wager.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Use of the kg44 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you meet all eligibility requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.

2.2 The following individuals are not permitted to register or hold an account with kg44:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from kg44 or placed on any exclusion register recognised by the platform.
• Persons acting on behalf of a third party or registering with another individual's personal information.
• Employees of kg44, its affiliates, subsidiaries, game studio partners, or payment service providers, and their immediate family members.
• Persons resident in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, where kg44 has determined access is restricted.

2.3 kg44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) active account with kg44. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.3 kg44 conducts identity verification (KYC) prior to processing withdrawals and may conduct verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. You agree to provide any document reasonably requested to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement.

3.4 By registering, you confirm that the funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and that you are not using kg44 for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.

4 Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kg44 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 All transactions and bets placed using your account credentials are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were placed with or without your authorisation, unless you have reported a suspected security breach to kg44 support prior to those transactions being processed.

4.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact kg44 support immediately at [email protected]. kg44 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

4.4 kg44 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to kg44 support immediately.

5 Deposits

5.1 kg44 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account.

5.2 Deposits are credited to your kg44 balance in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may be subject to banking processing times outside kg44's control.

5.3 kg44 does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment service provider (e.g., your bKash or Nagad account operator) may apply their own transaction charges. Any such charges are your responsibility and are not reimbursed by kg44.

5.4 Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. kg44 reserves the right to reverse and return any deposit made from a third-party account and to suspend the associated kg44 account pending investigation.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC will be unable to withdraw funds until verification is approved.

6.2 Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

6.5 Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements must be fully met before the corresponding winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 kg44 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, valid game categories, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.

7.2 General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise specified:

• One bonus per household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• kg44 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice.

7.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotions through matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated wagering activity — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings, account suspension, and potential permanent closure. kg44 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 All bets placed on kg44 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or event category. Sport-specific rules are available within the sportsbook section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.2 kg44 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds resulting from a technical error, data feed fault, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. This applies equally to cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets available on the platform.

8.3 In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data. If a technical disruption prevents live data from being delivered, kg44 may suspend in-play betting on an event at any time. Bets accepted prior to a suspension remain valid unless voided under Clause 8.2.

8.4 Maximum payout limits apply to all sports markets. Current maximum payout figures are displayed in the sportsbook. Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the maximum stated amount.

9 Casino & Game Rules

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether individually or in coordination with other persons.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or access the platform in a manner not consistent with natural human use.
• Colluding with other players, game studio staff, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or attempting to extract clean funds through the platform.
• Abusing bonus offers, free bets, or promotional credits through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or multi-account coordination.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the platform's source code, databases, or backend infrastructure.

11 Responsible Gaming

Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. kg44's decision, following investigation, is final.

13 Intellectual Property

13.1 All content on the kg44 platform, including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, software, text, images, graphics, and game interfaces (excluding third-party game studio content), is the exclusive intellectual property of kg44 or its licensors.

13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without the prior written consent of kg44.

14 Amendments

14.1 kg44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly. 15 Governing Law

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kg44 is incorporated as an offshore platform. By using the platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.

15.2 Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory local consumer protection law applicable in your jurisdiction, the mandatory local provision shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
